The traditional way of selling a home is not only stressful but also complicated and expensive. All too often, sellers find themselves in difficult situations, without viable options, and feeling like they’ve been taken for a ride. We know because it happened to us.
We founded True Neighbor on the premise of creating a better process for selling a home whatever the circumstances. We sought to change the market standard, placing the homeowner’s peace of mind above personal gain. We wanted to create model that gives control back to the seller, regardless of the home’s condition, while still earning a sustainable profit which we reinvest in the communities we serve. When you work with us, you know you’re working with honest, experienced professionals who have your best interest in mind.

Kevin spent the first 20 years of his career as an automation engineer and continuous improvement engineer. He worked with several companies as both a full-time employee and a consultant to improve business processes and increase efficiencies. During the pandemic while on furlough Kevin reached out to Gus looking for something to get him out of the house. He started off working on houses helping with odd jobs. Eventually he made his way to the office and started helping to build and refine the processes used to run the business. Kevin currently handles the incoming leads, appointments, businesses processes, and occasionally IT support.
Kyle has a background in law enforcement and most recently was a corrections officer and firefighter.
